Description: A conversation focusing on before and beyond the “where” of grant seeking, this session explores how to assess your organization; highlight its uniqueness within the current funding landscape; encourage a broader vision of your mission, projects, and programs; and increase fundability. 

Who Should Attend? Nonprofit leaders such as board members and executives are especially encouraged to join this conversation to explore how the organization’s vision, direction, and culture are foundational to driving grant research and alignment with funders. This session will also benefit from the voices of those tasked with partnership building, project or program management, and the logistics of grant research or management.

We will also share short-term budget and revenue diversification strategies Arts and Culture nonprofits can use to help build long-term financial sustainability, while continuing to recover from the pandemic. Whether involved in financial management, decision-making, or planning, this presentation will provide leaders with the necessary foundation to navigate building a financially sustainable budget.

 

Who Should Attend? Individuals who manage nonprofit organizations, or would like a refresher on nonprofit budgeting and financial sustainability are encouraged to attend.
