Tuition Payment
Graduate students who register at least six weeks prior to the start of classes will receive an email notification to their Lehigh email account that their tuition bill is ready to view online at the e-Bill Suite. Students that register less than six weeks prior to the start of classes will most likely not have a tuition bill generated prior to the start of classes. To remain in good standing, tuition charges must be paid prior to the start of classes even if the student has not received a tuition bill because of his/her late registration for classes. Students can review their current account balance online 24/7 by logging into the e-Bill Suite or the Campus Portal.

Fall/Spring Tuition Refund Schedule
| Days 1-5 of classes | Graduate students can drop and add courses online. Courses dropped in the first five days of classes receive a full tuition refund. |
Days 6-10 of classes | If a student drops a course and adds a new one (done by paper form) at the same time, there are no additional tuition charges. If a student drops a course and does not add a new one, tuition will be partially refunded at a pro-rated percentage based on the drop date. If the student later adds a new course, they will be charged the full tuition rate for this course. |
After Day 10 of classes | If a student drops a course, tuition will be partially refunded at a pro-rated percentage based on the drop date. The amount refunded decreases every day until 60% of the semester has passed, after which no tuition is refunded. Courses added are always billed at the full tuition rate. |
Please note: If a graduate student’s tuition has been paid by university/college/department financial aid and they drop/add courses after the full refund period has ended, the student will be responsible for any additional tuition costs.
