Arsha Cazazian-Clement is a seasoned real estate executive with over 20 years of experience planning, executing, and leading teams for large-scale commercial real estate projects. She has a diverse background in architecture, design thinking, ESG, construction, and green technologies. 

Currently, as the Head of Corporate Real Estate for the Americas and Global Head of ESG-GCS at Blackstone, Arsha oversees 1.5 million square feet of real estate and Blackstone’s Global Corporate and Sustainable Operations.

From 2019 to 2023, she was the Global Head of Real Estate, sustainability, workplace strategy & ESG for Shearman & Sterling, LLP, here she managed an active 1 million square foot portfolio across 4 continents. She led design, innovation, deployed smart techologies, and created an industry recognized ESG strategy.

Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling, Arsha managed growth for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project & Development Service line maintaining a deep focus and passion for scalable, and impactful development with particular concentration in underserved areas in the United States.

Arsha also served as Principal of the Commercial practice at Stantec where she was instrumental in executing a strategic plan for the New York real estate sector addressing growth, talent, diversity, sustainability, technology and design excellence serving the needs of multi-national institutions, owners, occupiers, developers and portfolio managers.

At the start of her career, Arsha founded Soho-based D I A W R K S, a full- service solutions firm, providing design and consulting services to clients in the residential, commercial and institutional markets. Notable clients included Showtime, CBS, The Harvard Club of NY, Erno Laszlo, Kieihl’s, Loreal, Madame Paulette, NYIT School of Architecture, Mission to the United Nations for the OIC, Ashkenazy Acquisitions, Witkoff Group, and Africa Israel USA. 

In tandem with her professional career, Arsha has participated in global sustainable development initiatives. She was as an active member of the United Nations Development Programme coupled with pro bono commitments with the Impact Network, building schools along Zambia’s copperbelt with a deep focus on alternative energy solutions. During that time she served as Associate professor of Architecture at the New York Institute of Technology for 8 years.

Arsha is a Senior Advisor to several incubators and start-up organizations committed to resiliency, green material science, and smart technologies. She also sits on the Global Council of Junior Achievement Worldwide and the Board of Directors of Global Nomads Group.

She holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University, GSAPP, a women’s scholar at the University of Oxford, Saïd business School with a Diploma in Strategy & Innovation and is an Associate Fellow with a concentration in real estate ESG and urbanization.
