Complete Admission to Candidacy
Students seeking the Ph.D. degree must complete all steps for Ph.D. candidacy no less than seven (7) months before graduation.
Steps for Graduation
Schedule appointment with MaryAnn Haller in the Graduate Offic to review Advisor Approved Draft (this is the only Draft Appointment needed)
Schedule Ph.D. Dissertation Defense
Deliver final Ph.D. Clearance materials to the Graduate Office
Items needed for Draft Appointment
- Hard copy of title page to page 10 of first chapter of dissertation
- Hooding Booklet and Ceremony Information Form
